Liability Agreement

Limitation of Liability & Agreement Of Service

1. I release Evergreen Auto Detailing From any & all liability & claims arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, as a result of services performed.
2. I understand & agree that Evergreen Auto Detailing cannot guarantee the removal of all contaminants (including, but not limited to, irremovable carpet or seat stains, irreversible paint defects. etc.) or odors.
3. I understand that Evergreen Auto Detailing will not, under any circumstances, apply any chemicals, cleaning solutions, solvents, or dressings to the clutch, brake, or accelerator of my vehicle.
4. I release Evergreen Auto Detailing from any liability for any damage, visible or otherwise, prior to the vehicle being submitted for services & after the vehicle has been removed from the premises by the client.
5. I authorize Evergreen Auto Detailing to upcharge base rate, for any additional time spent on any quoted service, including but not limited to, excessive pet hair removal, organic substance removal, mold, or off-road contamination, ect.
6. I certify that I am the registered owner or have the full authority of the registered owner(s) of the vehicle being submitted to Evergreen Auto Detailing. Evergreen Mobile Detailing cannot be held liable in the event an unauthorized individual submits a vehicle for service.
7. I agree to make payment for any & all services agreed upon,verbally or written, prior to my vehicle being released back to me (unless agreed otherwise). I authorize Evergreen Auto Detailing to with-hold,detain, or issue a lien on my vehicle should I refuse payment for services rendered.
8. I agree that Evergreen Auto Detailing will not be held liable for any personal property left in the vehicle.

Cancellation Fee

Evergreen Auto Detailing requires 24 hour notice of a cancellation. If a cancellation is made after the 24 hour period, we will charge a cancellation fee of $75.
